First time staying here & loved our stay. Had the larger suite and it was exactly as the pictures showed. GREAT bathroom. Spacious. Front staff were super welcoming. Location was perfect…we went all up and down Magnificent Mile and Gold Coast. Short walk to trains but didn’t need it except for exploring further out.

This was my first time at the hotel. I do frequent Chicago quite often. I was impressed with the hotel itself in general. The rooms were nice and very clean. I didn’t get the gentleman‘s name who checked me in, but he had a very nice necklace that was made of different types of stones, He was very nice and professional. We were there for New Year’s Eve celebrations, and we overslept the next day, which was checkout for us and they did extend our checkout time. The only things that I didn’t like were that the television in the bathroom mirror didn’t work, the refrigerator was full with their items. Therefore there was no room for me to put the couple of items that I had in there. And I didn’t like the fragrance they use in the lobby, which is kind of petty, but other than that, I love the hotel. I will stay there again

I recommend this four-star hotel located in downtown Chicago. The hotel has a modern and unique style, and the overall stay was very pleasant. The lobby feels warm and welcoming, and complimentary hot chocolate is provided, which is a nice touch. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The elevator wall design is also quite unique. As soon as you enter the room, it feels clean, comfortable, and modern. The room is well equipped and cozy. The bathroom features a multifunctional shower with strong water pressure, which was very satisfying. Overall, it was a great stay. The only downside is parking, which can be a bit inconvenient. You have to use paid street parking or nearby parking garages, and the cost is relatively high.

The rooms were clean and spacious. The staff was amazing very friendly. We were greeted with a good morning and good evening, it's those little things we don't hear now days. The hotel is close to shopping and sightseeing and on the corner is the wonderful pub O'tools. Great food and drinks. Definitely will be staying here again.

Wow! I am blown away by the front desk agent, Mayra!!! She was so amazing. She made sure we had a great room. This was our first time staying there and we got there early, and Mayra took care of us! What an absolute sweetheart. The room was gorgeous. Such a great ambiance as well. They also called and asked if we wanted the option of a late check out, which we did. I will be staying here again!!! What a great experience!

What a great experience. My wife and I spent a night in Chicago to celebrate my significant birthday. We checked in with Carlos who was so friendly. In our room was a birthday card, and when we returned from dinner, there was a bottle of champagne. The room was superb, clean, and most comfortable. We checked out with Mayra who was so pleasant as well. We will definitely be coming back

I was always local to the city of Chicago until recently when I had to move out to another town outside the city. First time staying at this hotel to be close to my office and was very impressed as to how nice and big the rooms are. I will definitely stay here again as the hotel is very quiet, clean and feels safe. I gave 3 stars for the service because when I checked in on 12/3 at 4:00 pm there was a middle aged man, wearing a necklace and glasses at the front desk who had checked me in. Didn’t acknowledge me, didn’t say welcome, took my info, handed the room keys and said room#, wifi password is listed here. For Chicagoan’s that’s a very cold way of welcoming a guest especially at a hotel. In the morning there were two women at the counter and were extremely polite and thanked me for my stay and even go above and beyond to ask me whether I liked my stay or not. I will still stay here again because as a Chicago native, we believe that some people might just be having a bad day to be unwelcoming to their guests. Plus this hotel and the rooms are spotless so no reason for me to not stay here again, really enjoyed my visit.

Fantastic stay in an Ontario Suite that was gorgeous, luxurious, versatile and there was plenty of space. There is no pool or hot tub but there's a divine soaking tub in the room that is really nice, joined by a beautiful rainfall shower. No microwave nor fridge neither but there's a minibar and cabinets to hold food. There's also a cute Keurig to use, sweet blackout curtains, great housekeeping, and lots of places to dine, shop and sight-see within decent walking distance. What you see in the pictures is exactly what you get and it was marvelous.
